The TOP Employer survey was conducted for the 15th year by the online recruitment company “Alma Career Latvia”. The survey took place from 15 January to 28 April, gathering insights from 17 879 respondents across Latvia. “Latvijas Finieris” has been rated in this survey since 2013, when it was ranked 39th–40th in the “TOP Employer – the first one that comes to mind” nomination. The highest ranking for “Latvijas Finieris” so far was a year ago – 1st place in the “TOP Employer – the first one that comes to mind” nomination, and 3rd place in the “TOP Employer” nomination in the manufacturing sector.

It should be added that in the “Best Employer” survey conducted by CVMarket.lv in 2025, “Latvijas Finieris” has been recognised as the best employer in the industrial and manufacturing sector in 2025, improving its position from the previous year when the company ranked second in this category. The company is ranked 8th in the overall Best Employers ranking for 2025, up ten places from the previous year.
