Log sorting lines
The log sorting lines are suitable for logs of various lengths, diameters and wood species, with the possibility to customise solutions according to customer preferences. Sorting lines typically include an operator's room, electric cabinets, a hydraulic centre, sorting bins and by-product conveyors.
Log handling equipment
Iekārtu rūpnīca focuses on customised solutions for different types of handling equipment for the woodworking industry. Similar to log sorting lines, the log handling equipment can be designed and manufactured according to specific demands for log length, diameter and wood species. Log decks, chain conveyors and step feeders are just a few solutions to mention.
Side stream handling equipment
Side stream handling is an essential part of every woodworking production because most by-products are used for heating purposes or recycled for other needs. Iekārtu rūpnīca designs and develops equipment for heavy duty construction, like belt, screw and scraper conveyors, containers and container loading systems, and chip screens.
Designing and engineering
Our experts create drawings based on customers’ preferences, needs and possibilities, working closely with production specialists for excellent results and using up-to-date software.
Metal processing and machining
The idea’s materialisation happens by using modern metalworking machinery. Iekārtu rūpnīca provides CNC plasma cutting, CNC oxy-fuel cutting, band saw cutting, sheet bending and shearing, various welding options, sand blasting and many more processes.
