The SRS honours the largest and most responsible taxpayers for the 28^th time by highlighting companies whose honest, sustainable, and development-oriented activities make a significant contribution to the Latvian economy and social well-being.

“Fair tax payment is part of the DNA of Latvijas Finieris. It is not just a duty, but also a way of putting our values into practice every day. By paying taxes, both the company and everyone else contribute to the development, security, and well-being of our country.

Fairness is also the basis for mutual trust and respectful cooperation with public authorities. We have established professional and constructive cooperation with the State Revenue Service, which we appreciate. Such events allow us to get out of the rhythm of everyday work and appreciate what we have done on a broader scale – to realise how important and valuable our work together is for the benefit of the Latvian economy and society. This is proof that we are able to be a competitive, sustainable and internationally recognised Latvian company,”

In recognition, the companies received a specially designed award and a Certificate of Recognition. The visual image of the award – a flourishing tree – symbolises growth, life, and sustainable development, highlighting the importance of entrepreneurship in strengthening the country’s economy.
