Latvijas Finieris among the top employers in the manufacturing sector

Today, on 10 April, the winners of the survey “TOP Employer 2023” – the best and most desirable workplaces in Latvia last year – have been awarded. Latvijas Finieris is ranked as the 3rd best employer in the manufacturing sector. In the big TOP 50 vote, the company was ranked 18th, one place higher than a year before. This year, a record 17 324 respondents took part in the survey, voting for 1251 companies.
More than 9200 respondents took part in the voting for the best employers in the manufacturing sector, voting for a record number of companies – more than 320 – confirming that manufacturing companies form an important part of employers in Latvia. The top ten employers in the manufacturing sector received more than 40% of the votes in the category.

said Gunita Meiere, Head of Human Resources and Administration and Board Member of Latvijas Finieris, in her thank you speech upon receiving the award.
In the TOP 50 of the top-of-mind voting for the best companies in Latvia, Latvijas Finieris moved up one position to 18th place. A total of 1251 companies were spontaneously mentioned in this category, so around 4% made it into the Top 50.
The “TOP Employer” competition is Latvia’s largest and most prestigious employer image and reputation survey. The aim of the competition is to identify Latvian companies that are recognised as the best employers and are able to attract and retain the best talents. For the 12th year in a row, the “TOP Employer” survey was conducted by the leading online recruitment company “CV-Online Latvia”.
