The EUR 100 million investment in production expansion also represents the largest investment in the establishment of a single production facility in Latgale and the most extensive development project in the history of AS Latvijas Finieris. The project will enable the more efficient use of wood resources, increased productivity, enhanced capacity for the development of innovative plywood products, and the creation of new employment opportunities.

Drawing on more than 20 years of experience of Latvijas Finieris in the use of wood in modern industrial architecture and industrial construction, the expanded VEREMS mill is among the largest industrial buildings in the Baltics to feature wood in its construction. Planned programme of the event:
