Getting ready to restart active work of product and business development office Riga Wood North America inc., for the first time Latvijas Finieris participated in The International Woodworking Fair 2018 (IWF) that took place from 22nd till 25th August at the Georgia World Congress Center located in Atlanta, USA.

Latvijas Finieris sales project manager Edgars Kerijs considers that it was a very good platform to promote Riga brand as well as company’s production capabilities, services and its broad range of birch plywood products within North Americas market. The fact that a big share of visitors was from Canada only confirms exhibition’s key role on the continent level.

“We participated with a stand made by Latvijas Finieris of our own products. During three and a half days of exhibition the Riga brand was introduced with representatives of more than 60 companies. Several of them can be considered as a perspective partners in the future. Thanks’ to our colleagues that took part in the creation and building of the stand. However, the main job is still ahead – we need to assess acquired information from potential clients and proceed with communication.”
