The TOP Employer survey was conducted for the 14th year by the leading online recruitment company Alma Career Latvia in cooperation with Firmas.lv and the Association for Global Business Service Centres. The survey took place from 15 January to 28 February of this year, gathering insights from 18,110 respondents across Latvia. Overall, the survey shows that only one company in the Top 50 – representing the employer that first comes to mind as the best place to work – has retained its position, while 10 employers have either returned to the list or appeared for the first time.
