Latvijas Finieris – the best employer in the industry and manufacturing sector according to the CVMarket.lv survey

In the annual “Best Employer” survey conducted by CVMarket.lv, Latvijas Finieris has been recognised as the best employer in the industrial and manufacturing sector in 2025, improving its position from the previous year, when the company ranked second in this category.
Gunita Meiere, Member of the Executive Board of Latvijas Finieris, stated:

In the overall ranking of the best employers in 2025, Latvijas Finieris placed 8th, improving its position by ten places compared to last year.
The “Best Employer” survey, organised by the job portal CVMarket.lv, is one of the tools used to assess employers in Latvia. The survey allows people to vote for the companies they would most like to work for, both overall and across individual sectors.
