The machinery unit of the Latvijas Finieris Group Iekārtu rūpnīca (IR), provides its partners with technical and technological solutions from planning and design to commissioning that meet the specific needs of the woodworking industry. With its know-how and state-of-the-art technology, the factory team has gained a good reputation in cooperation with world-class woodworking equipment manufacturers who serve customers on almost all continents, such as Finland's Raute Corporation and Dieffenbacher Panelboard Oy. With more than 20 years of operation, significant experience has been accumulated, the possibilities of technological solutions and the range of services have been developed – we are proud to share that with you on the renewed website of the IR.

The new website has been designed to make it as easy as possible for its visitors to obtain the most important information, making the customer's journey simple but exciting. "This gives us the opportunity to better address our customers and cooperation partners, especially in Scandinavia, who appreciate our expertise in the manufacture of fully automated equipment as well as designing and commissioning of complex production line solutions," says Māris Bumbieris, director of the IR.

Although various non-standard equipment solutions are regularly engineered and manufactured for a very wide range of industries, significant knowledge by the IR team has been mastered in log handling equipment, log sorting lines and side stream handling equipment. Our experienced and professional personnel will help you create technical solutions for your ideas by using up-to-date software to design customised machinery and components according to client’s needs and to create specific automation solutions.

In 2022, the Latvijas Finieris Group’s structural unit Iekārtu rūpnīca worked with a turnover of 13 million euros, providing work for 200 specialists.
