Human resources and Administration Sector is established and Gunita Meiere is confirmed as the seventh member of the Executive Board of Latvijas Finieris
Since January 3, changes in the organizational structure of the company have come into force and a new Human resources and Administration Sector has been established at Latvijas Finieris, headed by Gunita Meiere, the current Director of the Personnel Development Department. The Executive Board of Latvijas Finieris has been expanded to seven members. The Human Resources and Administration Sector will include the Personnel Division, but from 1 February also the Real Estate Management Division.
To achieve the goals of Latvijas Finieris Group, which are set in the company's strategy, it is necessary to work as a team, keep promises and be the most reliable partner for our customers. Therefore, Uldis Biķis, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Latvijas Finieris, emphasizes that challenges related to personnel development are one of the most important in all company's areas. "I believe that Gunita Meiere, with her experience and competence in personnel management, will provide support to the entire team of Latvijas Finieris to continue to grow into a motivated team,” says Uldis Biķis.
