Annual Forest Day – a tradition that connects people

Forest Day is one of the annual events the employees of Latvijas Finieris Group anticipate the most. The event gathers colleagues from HQ, production mills and internationally based Riga Wood product development and sales offices to celebrate nature and a strong team. It’s a tradition with a more than two decades long history that engages more and more employees every year.
This year, in a couple of hours, more than 10,000 birch saplings were planted, and in a few decades, they will turn into a flourishing forest. The planted saplings were grown in Latvijas Finieris’ tree nursery Zābaki.
