Further Processing
- Panels can be further processed according to customer's specification with: cut-to-size, CNC, drilling, milling, jointing, edge machining, assembling in sets.
Surface Properties
- The overlay improves panel resistance against mechanical damage and wear, whilst providing a decorative appearance.
- The surface resists abrasion, commonly used chemicals, and is weather and moisture resistant.
- The reverse side is smooth, overlaid with resin impregnated film.
- Rolling test (EN 1818) more than 10,000 cycles depending on the coating.
- Rolling wear is tested with a load of 300 kg.
- Taber test (EN 438-2) up to 10,000 revolutions depending on the coating.
- Dark brown 220 g/m² up to 900 revolutions
- Special wear resistant film 350 g/m² up to 10,000 revolutions
- Anti-slip resistance class R10 according to DIN 51130
